This is the middle part of the island and within a half of an hour it is possible to reach any other place or inland area of Korcula island. There are also plenty of yellow and asphalt roads which passes near vineyards, olive plantation, picturesque hills and nice valleys. You can take a resting evening walk, or if you have a bicycle you will enjoy in a stunning views while riding around amusing landscape.
If you prefer to visit some bigger touristic centers on the island of Korcula by the car, the city of Korcula on the east side of the island is not far. Also, Vela Luka on the west side of the island is very interesting to visit as well as surrounding area. In all of those places you will find interesting historical sites to visit. There are several musemus in a city of Korcula and Vela Luka which also can offer unique archaeological destination.
